Rene Marie Russo is an American actor, filmmaker, and a former supermodel. The elegant beauty of Rene Marie is evident in her long-lasting career as an actress and performer. The model began her modeling career in the 1970s. She soon became one of the most sought-after models. In her second decade of study, she was studying the arts and performed prior to appearing on the stage on stage in Los Angeles and elsewhere in California. At 18 years old she began her professional career with Invicta Fighting Championships in which she fought two times via submission. This caught the attention of Dana White who signed her to join the UFC s strawweight division in December 2014 at just 22 years old. Rose has had highs and lows during her career but she always comes out victorious. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza on April 15 in 2015 for the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza via a technical knockout in less than three minutes of round One. Rose not only took home the title but she was also recognized as Fighter Of The Night. Rose also made MMA history with this match since she was the first female to fight for a champion title in an organization that is a major one. Namajunas kept winning more victories, including two victories against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her the title of Performance of the Night by UFC.
